The Z Track platform generates a rich set of reports that go far beyond "where was my vehicle". When used effectively, these reports become a management tool — helping you reduce costs, improve driver behaviour, and run a more professional operation.
Trip Report
The most-used report. Shows every trip made by a vehicle within a selected date range: start time, end time, start location, end location, distance, and maximum speed. Useful for verifying driver work hours, confirming deliveries, and calculating mileage.
Mileage Summary
Total distance driven per vehicle over any period. Essential for maintenance scheduling, fuel reimbursement calculations, and identifying vehicles that may be used for personal trips.
Idle Time Report
Shows how much time each vehicle spent stationary with the engine running. High idle time often indicates drivers waiting with the engine on, unnecessary warm-up time, or vehicles left running at stops. Reducing idle time is one of the fastest ways to cut fuel costs.
Overspeed Report
Logs every instance where a vehicle exceeded its configured speed threshold, including location, time, and duration. Run this weekly to identify repeat offenders and coach drivers before incidents occur.
Geofence Activity Report
Shows all entry and exit events for each geofence, with timestamps. Ideal for verifying delivery completions, tracking warehouse arrivals, and monitoring restricted area compliance.
Driver Behaviour Score
Available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Combines overspeed frequency, harsh braking events, night driving, and idle time into a single score per driver. Use it for driver reviews, incentive programmes, and insurance documentation.
Scheduled Reports
Any report can be scheduled to run automatically and delivered to your email — daily, weekly, or monthly. Set it up once and your fleet summary arrives in your inbox without any manual action.
