Communications: Messages, support requests, and enquiries you submit to us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. Payment Data: We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

Vehicle location and tracking data is collected via GPS devices installed in vehicles registered to your account. This data is: — Stored securely on our servers with encryption at rest and in transit — Accessible only to users authorised under your account — Retained for the period specified in your subscription plan (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) — Not shared with third parties except as described in Section 5 If you are tracking vehicles that belong to employees or other individuals, you are responsible for informing those individuals that their vehicle is being tracked and obtaining any necessary consent under applicable law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances: Service Providers: Trusted third-party providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing). They are contractually bound to protect your data. Legal Requirements: If required by Pakistani law, a court order, or government authority, we may disclose data necessary to comply with legal obligations. Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Z Track, user data may be transferred to the new entity, with notice provided to affected users. Vehicle location history is retained according to your subscription plan (1, 6, or 12 months). After these periods, data is permanently deleted or anonymised. Account information (name, email, billing records) is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, as required under Pakistani tax law.
