Getting Started
Z Track GPS Systems is a Pakistan-based vehicle GPS tracking company. We provide real-time location tracking, fleet management tools, alerts, geofencing, and remote vehicle control for individuals and businesses across Pakistan. Our platform includes a web dashboard, iOS and Android apps, and 24/7 customer support.
A GPS tracker device is installed in your vehicle. It communicates your vehicle's precise location, speed, and status to our servers using GPS satellites and the cellular network. You can then view this data live on the Z Track web or mobile app, set up alerts, and access historical reports.
No technical knowledge is needed. Our app and dashboard are designed to be simple and intuitive. Our team handles the device installation, and we provide a full onboarding walkthrough to help you get started. If you ever need help, our 24/7 support team is just a call away.
We currently offer installation and on-site support in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and 10+ more cities. Contact us if your city isn't listed — we're expanding regularly.
Devices & Installation
We offer three devices: the ZT-100 Basic (plug-and-play OBD-II, PKR 4,500), the ZT-200 Pro (hardwired with full alarm suite, PKR 7,500), and the ZT-300 Voice (two-way voice + full tracking, PKR 12,000 — available on demand for Enterprise clients).
Yes, completely free. Our certified technician will visit your location, professionally install the device, test it, and make sure everything is working on your app — at no extra charge. This is included with every device purchase.
Installation typically takes 30 to 60 minutes per vehicle. For the OBD-II device (ZT-100), it takes under 10 minutes as it simply plugs into the OBD-II port under your dashboard. For hardwired devices (ZT-200, ZT-300), it takes 30–60 minutes depending on the vehicle type.
Our hardwired devices (ZT-200 and ZT-300) have a built-in backup battery and will detect and alert you immediately if the main vehicle battery is disconnected or tampered with. The battery tamper alarm is one of our most-used security features.
The ZT-200 Pro and ZT-300 Voice are hardwired devices that are professionally installed in a discreet location — typically behind the dashboard or under the seat — making them invisible from the outside. The ZT-100 Basic plugs into the OBD-II port, which is usually under the dashboard.
Yes. Our devices use local cellular networks (2G/3G/4G) combined with GPS. As long as there is cellular coverage, the device will transmit location data. In areas with low or no cellular coverage, the device stores data internally and syncs as soon as connectivity is restored.
Plans & Pricing
Our Basic plan is PKR 800 per device per month. The Professional plan is PKR 1,400 per device per month. Enterprise pricing is custom based on fleet size. Device purchase is a separate one-time cost (PKR 4,500 to PKR 12,000 depending on model). All plans include free installation and 24/7 support.
No hidden fees — ever. The device price and monthly subscription are all you pay. Installation, onboarding, platform access, app access, and 24/7 support are all included. SIM card data is bundled into the monthly subscription.
No minimum contract on monthly plans. You can cancel at any time and it will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We also offer discounted annual billing for clients who prefer a longer commitment.
Yes. We offer volume discounts for fleets of 10 or more devices. For fleets of 50+, we have custom Enterprise pricing. Contact our sales team via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form to get a tailored quote for your fleet.
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash. For Enterprise clients on annual billing, we also offer invoice-based payment with net-30 terms. All receipts and invoices are provided digitally.
Features
Geofencing lets you draw a virtual boundary on the map (a circle, rectangle, or custom polygon). When a vehicle crosses that boundary — either entering or exiting — you receive an instant alert. You can set up multiple geofences per vehicle, useful for delivery zones, school routes, restricted areas, and more.
On the Z Track app or web dashboard, tap the "Cut Engine" button for any vehicle. The device sends a signal that interrupts the ignition relay, and the engine cannot be started until you re-enable it from the app. The cut-off only activates safely at low speed to prevent accidents. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
The Basic plan supports 1 user. The Professional plan supports up to 5 users with role-based access. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited users with fully customizable roles and permissions — ideal for large teams where different staff need different levels of access.
Basic plan includes 1 month of history. Professional plan includes 6 months. Enterprise plan includes 12 months. You can replay any past route on the map and generate reports for any time period within your history window.
You can generate trip reports, mileage summaries, idle time reports, overspeed incident logs, geofence activity reports, driver behavior scores, and more. Reports can be exported as PDF or Excel files, or scheduled to be emailed to you automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Yes. The ZT-300 Voice device has a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing two-way audio between you and the driver — similar to a walkie-talkie, but through the Z Track app. It also features a physical SOS button that the driver can press to trigger an emergency call and alert to the fleet manager.
Support & Account
Yes. Our customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via phone and WhatsApp (+92 336 4477773) and email (info@ztrack.com.pk). Enterprise clients also get a dedicated account manager with a direct line.
First check that the vehicle is in an area with cellular coverage. If it persists, contact our 24/7 support team immediately — we can usually diagnose and resolve device connectivity issues remotely. If the device needs replacement, we handle that under warranty.
Go to login.ztrack.com.pk in any browser, or open the Z Track app on your phone. Use the credentials provided during your account setup. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" option or contact support.
Yes. Your Z Track account works simultaneously on the web dashboard (any browser) and the mobile app (iOS and Android). You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
Your data remains accessible until the end of your paid billing period. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export any reports or data you need before the account is archived. We never delete data immediately upon cancellation.
