Terms of Service

"Z Track", "we", "us", "our" refers to Z Track GPS Systems, a company registered in Pakistan. "Service" refers to any GPS tracking device, web platform, mobile application, or support service provided by Z Track. "Client", "you", "user" refers to any individual or organisation that purchases or uses our services. "Device" refers to any GPS tracker hardware supplied by Z Track. "Platform" refers to the Z Track web dashboard and mobile applications.

By placing an order, activating a subscription, installing a device, or accessing the Z Track platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all clients, including individuals, businesses, and enterprise customers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Z Track provides: — GPS tracker devices (sold separately at one-time prices) — Monthly subscription plans for platform access (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) — Free professional device installation — 24/7 customer support — Web dashboard and mobile application access — Features as described on our website and in your subscription plan Feature availability varies by plan. Z Track reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we may suspend access to the platform until the outstanding amount is paid. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. Device purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect covered under the device warranty.

Devices purchased from Z Track become the property of the client upon full payment. Z Track provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, water damage, or unauthorised modification. If a device fails during the warranty period, Z Track will replace it free of charge. After the warranty period, replacement devices are available at standard pricing. Clients must not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair devices themselves.

You agree to use Z Track services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: — Use the service to track any vehicle or individual without their knowledge and consent, where required by law — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts — Use the platform to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights — Resell or sublicense our services without written permission from Z Track — Use our platform for any illegal activity under Pakistani or international law Z Track reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, without refund.

If you are using Z Track to monitor vehicles operated by employees, drivers, or other individuals, you are solely responsible for: — Informing those individuals that their vehicle is being tracked — Obtaining any legally required consent — Complying with all applicable employment, privacy, and data protection laws in Pakistan Z Track is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from your use of the tracking service.

The remote engine cut-off feature is provided as a security and fleet management tool. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that: — You will only use it on vehicles you own or have authorisation to control — Z Track is not responsible for any accidents, losses, or damages arising from the use of this feature — The feature disables the vehicle ignition and should only be activated in appropriate, safe circumstances — Z Track implements safeguards to prevent accidental activation, but cannot guarantee against all scenarios Misuse of the engine cut-off feature may result in account suspension.

Z Track targets 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for: — Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (cellular network outages, natural disasters, force majeure events) — Temporary location inaccuracies caused by GPS signal obstruction — Data delays in areas with poor cellular coverage In the event of extended unplanned downtime directly caused by Z Track, affected clients may be entitled to a pro-rata credit on their next invoice, at Z Track's discretion.

Z Track GPS Systems is not liable for: — Loss or theft of a vehicle, whether or not a tracking device is installed — Financial losses, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from service use or unavailability — Actions taken based on inaccurate GPS data — Use of the remote engine cut-off feature — Unauthorised access to accounts due to client's failure to secure login credentials Our total liability to any client in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that client during that period.

All software, platforms, applications, designs, and content developed and operated by Z Track GPS Systems are our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for their own fleet management purposes. No other rights are granted. Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from our software is strictly prohibited.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Z Track may terminate immediately, without notice or refund, if: — Payment is overdue by more than 30 days — The client is found to be in serious breach of these terms — Continued service would violate applicable law Upon termination, platform access is revoked. Clients have 30 days to export their data before it is permanently deleted.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. We encourage clients to first contact us directly to resolve any issue before pursuing legal action.
